How do you measure a conversation?
As social media evolves and more and more initiatives are carried out, the discussion about how to measure social media is also starting to intensify.
It will always be difficult to measure an exact ROI for a conversation, but Sea World in San Antonio got quite close in measuring their success.
This is probably the best example that I’ve heard of regarding measuring a social media campaign (don’t quit watching just because of the screaming in the beginning of the video, it gets better…)
