Platform vs. platform
The war of the platforms just got a tiny bit more interesting as Bebo decided to integrate Facebook apps on their site before Open Social apps, which they where one of the original partners to.
Interesting priorities by Bebo as Facebook is more easily integrated than Open social in its current state. And more attractive regarding momentum and attention from users and developers.
Their best move was probably to decide on not going the LinkedIn way, creating yet another platform for developers.
