Abuser Generated Content
Jason Calacanis has heightened the discussion about “gaming” the Digg model in a recent post which addresses the “first” (allegedly) real significant scam for Digg. So, I’m sure Kevin Rose and Co. are out designing policing methods on how to keep the content objective and free from spam.
On Digga.se, it takes roughly 3 friends with 3 email addresses to get on the first page, so maybe the threat here in Sweden might not be so considerable, but it would be advised to pay close attention to how sites designed around user generated content handle their commercial success and the potential abuses that will surface.

Maybe thats why digga.se will never take off. Merely fronting a bad copy in a small language just does not cut it.

Though, I like the initiative and it should be noted that it’s not built with pligg (that alone deserves some applause). Sovrat.se evidently has ambitions and ideas to keep on developing an increasingly interesting site. […]
