Creativitiy nirvana by Jonas

There was a girl drawing a picture of God. The teacher said, “But no one knows what God looks like”. She said, “Well they will in a minute”. If you are not prepared to be wrong, you’ll never be creative.

When we’re born everyone of us are creative. We’re being educated out of creativity.

Fantastic speech by Sir Ken Robinson, the same threats and problems that educational institutions are putting upon people, can also be translated into the corporate world if not more so. Great companies can discover and excel the potential of their employees. In most cases it works the opposite way.
