Top 5 2.0 List: Europe 2.0 by Jonathan

We’re still finding it a little tough to find sites in Europe which we can incorporate in our daily geekdom (despite our own of course). But you can feel the wheels turning over here in Europe and it is certain to say, the next couple years ought to extremely interesting.

On to lk9’s top 5 European 2.0 sites:

1. Spotback (Israel, they compete in Eurovision, thus they are European)
Big Mike Arrington says it’s good, we say it’s good…must be good right?

2. FeedXS (Netherlands)
Not sure if this concept is going to take off (personal rss feeds), but for a backpacker or anyone writing some type of journal that they’d like to be delivered, it could work, plus it has the social networking dimension.

3. 23 (Europe, so they say…we say Denmark)
Possible fans of 37signals (hq in the domain, color scheme, manifesto)–but who isn’t. Is it too much like Flickr? It can never be too much like Flickr, but even if it was–it’s even more indie than Flickr and their Yahoo logo now, right?

4. Wishlistr (Sweden)
Ok, we may be a little biased towards the nordic countries, but really, this site has 43 types of potential.

5. I4giveU (Israel)
Want tell get your best-kept secrets of your chest to thousands of people you don’t know, but may soon know? It’s like church and social networking all rolled into one.
*please note: private-beta versions were excluded from this list. we accept no “cash” advances for posting on the lk9 top 5 list…hmm.
